Our standard delivery service is available anywhere in mainland UK for overseas orders please contact us direct first before ordering. Delivery outside mainland UK We are able to deliver our furniture outside mainland UK. Please contact us directly with full details of the destination and a member of our sales team will be able to offer you a quotation. Further information When your order is ready to be delivered a member of our dispatch team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day of your choice. You will receive an email with a unique tracking number from one of our couriers that will allow you to track your order on the day of delivery on the track and trace system. Unfortunately we are unable to give you a specific delivery time, but all deliveries will be made on the day you specify between 08:00-18:00. All deliveries are made by the recognised UK couriers and should reach you in perfect condition. However, it is important that you check your package for any damage upon delivery. Every delivery needs to be signed for. It is very important that if you find your order to be damaged you sign for the delivery as (damaged) , which will allow us to make a claim with the courier allowing the products to be replaced. We will not be able to entertain any claim for damages on any deliveries that are not signed for as (damaged). SHIPPING: In the Unlikely event that your order fails to arrive on your chosen day we are unable to refund cost for delivery as the courier will still make a charge when the goods are successfully delivered. We are unable to compensate you for failed deliveries that are beyond our reasonable control. If you are not home to sign for your delivery you may leave a note for the courier informing them of a safe space where they may leave the delivery. However, this is done entirely at your own risk, and is not recommended.

RETURNS: All our upholstered furniture are made to order so returns are not accepted unless our product is delivered in a damaged condition and we are contacted within 48 hours. Other items including cushions and throws can be returned within 14 days at the buyers cost if the item is not suitable and is undamaged and not been used. We only dispatch orders once they have been checked by our quality control team to ensure they meet our high standards. All our products are carefully packed and delivered by trusted UK couriers to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Some items will be delivered by a 2 man lift white glove service. In the unlikely circumstance that your order does arrive damaged we will endeavour to replace the order as soon as possible but ONLY under the condition that the delivery is signed for as (damaged) and you contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Unfortunately we cannot entertain any claim for damages after this period of time. Please note: Due to the nature of our business you DO NOT have the right to cancel or amend your order once it has been placed and accepted by us under the (Distance Selling Regulations) To avoid disappointment we recommend you double check your measurements before placing an order to make sure your chosen furniture will fit through doorways and into your chosen room. If you this is not the case it is not our responsibility to take doors off or help to move other furniture so please make sure there is a clear path and enough space to do this. If have any questions or concerns about our products please feel free to contact us before placing an order to ensure your satisfaction. We highly recommend that you order a swatch of our fabrics before placing your order. The colours of our swatches can vary from screen to screen, therefore we highly recommend you to order FREE fabric samples from our website so you can see and feel the fabric before placing your order. REFUNDS: Refunds will be given if items arrive damaged and we are notified within 48 hours of delivery or if the item is no longer available or if items are paid for then there is stock problems and the item can not be sourced and delivery time scales for new stock is not appropriate for you.
